Abstract This Resolution is composed of 29 articles. Terms and definition (art. 1). Ram Allah is the Headquarter of the Authority with branches in other cities (art. 2). The Authority is responsible for implementing water policy; development and management of water resources; cooperation with local, regional and international agencies in water field; establishing water projects; regulating and control on artesian wells; registration all agencies and authorities operating in well drilling and digging; cooperation with the Ministry for International Cooperation and Projecting in following the bilateral negotiations concerning water rights, application Article 40 of Oslo Agreement (art. 5). The Water Authority has the whole competence on ground and surface waters (art. 6). The Water Authority has the Expropriation Rights and the possession on lands and water quotes interested a water public project or private project (art. 7). The composition of the Water Authority, competence and duties of the Head of the Water Authority (arts. 8 to 10). Budget of the Water Authority and incomes (arts. 11 to 13). Definition of licence and drilling shall be fixed by a resolution of the National Council for Waters (art. 19). Licence for drilling or for establishment of a water project carried out by foreigners should be authorized by a permission of the President of the National Authority (art. 24). Full text Arabic
