Abstract

This Resolution establishes that the criteria by which the degree of risk from conducting business activities in the field of veterinary practice is assessed are: (a) the presence of violations of the Licensing Conditions for conducting business activities in veterinary practice; (b) term of economic activity in veterinary practice; (c) ensuring the appropriate level of qualification of the personnel involved in the proceedings of the economic activity in veterinary practice; (d) the number of places of economic activity in veterinary practice as of the beginning of formation of the plan of measures of the state supervision (control) for the following planned period; and (e) ensuring effective and safe use of veterinary drugs.
