Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. It shall be prohibited to practice diving sport on transportation-boats in the zone Cape Mohammed and Sharm El-sheikh unless a licence for this activity has been obtained by Marine Inspection (art. 1). For practicing diving sport, it shall be necessary to possess the GPS equipment to comply with the requirements proposed by the Environment Affairs Apparatus as well as in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 143/1990 and Law No. 232/1989 on ships safety (art. 2).
