Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on the fight against Anoplophora chinensis (Forster). It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Importing specific plants (except for the People’s Republic of China (3); Importing specific plants from the People’s Republic of China (4); Movement of specific plants (5); Research and notification of the harmful organism (6); and Territorial demarcation (7). The Resolution also approves Annex 1 – Special Requirements on Import; Annex 2 – Importing specific plants from the People’s Republic of China; Annex 3 – Terms for the movement of specific plants; and Annex 4 – Determination of a demarcated territory and measures to be performed thereon. Terms if met will excuse not demarcating the territory. Measures to be performed on a demarcated territory.
