Abstract

The criteria used to assess the degree of risk from the conduct of economic activities by forest owners, permanent and temporary forest users are: (a) types of violations of normative legal acts regarding forestry management, detected during the last three years preceding the planning period; (b) the number of violations of normative legal acts regarding forestry management, detected during the last three years preceding the planning period; (c) the number of unplanned measures of state supervision (control) carried out in relation to the economic entity during the last five years preceding the planning period, on the grounds provided for in paragraphs three, seven, nine of part one of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Basic Principles of State supervision (control) in the field of economic activity"; and (d) the number of cases of the business entity preventing officials of the state supervision (control) body from conducting state supervision (control) activities (except for the cases provided for in Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity"), during the last five years preceding the planning period.
