Resolution No. 628 of 2007 to form the High Committee for Water.

This Resolution aims at establishing the High Committee for Water. It indicates members and tasks. The main ones are: adopt a strategy in the short, medium and long term in accordance with the Water Policy; general water planning; make the necessary steps to implement the national water policy measures; and follow up the issue of joint international waters of neighboring countries in accordance with the international Conventions and international Law.
