Abstract The Resolution is composed of 13 articles. The delivery of wheat shall be carried out by the Centres, Silos and Marketing Committees of the General Administration for Wheat Trade and Processing according to the official measures provided for in Resolution No. 624 of 29 May 2003 (art. 1). Wheat shall be delivered by cooperatives and producers of wheat (art. 2). Purchase of wheat shall be carried out according to Resolution No. 334 of 5 May 1970 (art. 3). Package's weights shall be dicounted from the gross weight for purchase operations (art. 4). Delivery operations shall be carried out in all branches and centres of the General Administration in sacks with requires and conditions defined by the General Administration (art. 5). Article 6 illustrates requirements and characteristics of the four classes of wheat. Article 7 deals with prices of wheat which should be fixed in proportion to the results of analysis and purity of wheat. The Director-General of the General Administration for Cereal Trade and Processing shall carry out the settlement of offences and violations during the marketing operations as well as shall issue the necessary instructions for clearing the provisions of this Resolution (arts. 11 and 12).
