Abstract

This Resolution approves the construction safety rules. It consists of 18 articles: Scope of application and general provisions (1); Organization of the construction area (2); Use of technical equipment and instruments (3); Use of construction vehicles/devices (4); Loading and unloading (5); Soil oeprations (6); Drilling (7); Laying foundation (8); Concrete and metal-concrete operations (9); Installment operations (10); Roofing (11); Insulation (12); surface work (13); electric work (14); electric melding and air melding work (15); Underground work (16); Demolition of buildings (17); and Liability (18). The rules, among others, provide for special rules for construction near surface water bodies, groundwater bodies, sewerage and gas pipelines.
