Article 1 establishes Permanent Committees in all branches of the Feed General Establishment, to administrate damaged and ruined feed. The Committee shall prepare a report indicating the entity and causes of the damages (art. 2). If the damage occurred during the storage, the Committee shall inform the Concerned Authority about the material, source, date, input quantity, output quantity and the damaged quantity (art. 3). Article 4 deals with requirements and conditions for all kinds of sacks and bags containing feed. Article 5 deals with the administration and the right of disposal of other consumed and used assets. All reports including settlement documents, delivery permits and sale documents shall be delivered to the Competent Departments of the General Establishment (art. 6). All resolutions and texts that do not comply with this Resolution are now abrogated (art. 8). Full text Arabic
