Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on the unified methods of temperature control, and sampling and analysis for the state supervision of quickly frozen food intended for human consumption. It consists of eight articles: Purpose and scope (1); Definitions (2); General requirements on quickly frozen food (3); Obligations of business operators (4); Sampling for the state supervision purposes (5); Method and devices for measuring the temperature of quickly frozen food (6); Procedure of measuring the temperature of quickly frozen food (7); and Special requirements (8).
