This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to guarantee loans with favourable conditions for farmers. The present Resolution is composed of 19 articles. Article 1 deals with the objectives of this Act. Article 2 specifies the agricultural fields included in this Act. Articles 3-10 provide for the following: categories of loans (short term, middle term, long-term); payment conditions; specific loans for the purchase of equipment; and administrative expenses. Articles 11 and 12 define warranties and requirements for obtaining loans. Article 13 provides for the establishment of the Agrarian Credit Committee at the Minister of Trade and Agriculture. Articles 14 and 15 pertain to competencies and duties of the Committee. Article 16 lays down the conditions for obtaining new loans.
