It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Definitions (3); Terms for establishing the protection zone (4); Prohibitions and requirements within the protection zone (5); Plant passport (6). The purpose of this technical regulation is to lay down the procedure for creating and maintaining protection zones from harmful organisms. The technical regulation also defines the procedure for issuing plant passports.
