Abstract

This Resolution provides for the recognition of business operators whose activities are related to plant protection. It consists of six articles: Purpose and scope of regulation (1); General principles of recognition (2); Procedure for recognition (3); Revoking recognition (4); Obligations of business operators (5); and Appeals procedure (6). It is mandatory to undergo the recognition procedure if an entity’s business includes placing pesticides and agrochemicals on market.
