Abstract

The Resolution regulates placing animals in prophylactic quarantine. It consists of 7 articles: General provisions (1); Procedures of placing imported animals in prophylactic quarantine and veterinary control (2); Procedures of placing animals for export in prophylactic quarantine and veterinary control (3); Common procedures of placing export/import animals in prophylactic quarantine and veterinary control (4); General requirements imposed on the premises where import/export animals are placed in quarantine (5); Additional requirements for closed-type premises (6); and Forms for applications and acts relating prophylactic quarantine (7). The National Food Agency is responsible for quarantine and veterinary control under the Resolution.
