Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on the basic rules for use of territories of settlements and for spatial planning. The regulation consists of nine chapters: General provisions (I); Rules for use of territories of settlements and for spatial planning (II); Contents of the general plan of land use and settlement plans (III); Formulating the objectives of the planning documents for spatial planning of settlements, their development, approval, amendments and public access to this process (IV); Terms for construction of buildings on plots of land, determining their maximum height and their encroachment on public areas/spaces (V); Rules for cutting, lopping and disposing of plants in recreational areas (V(1)); and Other provisions (VI).
