Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. All previous Resolutions regarding these matters are now abrogated (art. 1); ban on the importation of liquid milk, except whole milk and natural liquid milk sterilized by the U.H.T. system (art. 2); the importation of dried milk is to be authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 3); milk cartons must be hermetically sealed, humidity proof and must indicate preparation and expiry dates (art. 4).
