It consists of eight articles: Purpose (1); Permitted methods to control the number of wild animals (2); Permitted cases to control the number of wild animals (3); Wild animal control in order to protect the public life, health and safety, to prevent damage to infrastructure and household activities (4); Wild animal control in order to prevent harm to environment (5); Wild animal control for sanitary-epidemiological (prevention and elimination of diseases) reasons, and to mitigate and eliminate the diseases of livestock and other domestic animals (6); Destruction of wild animals from the wild animal control measures (7); and liability for violating this rules (8).
