The Resolution enters into force from 1 January 2018.
Abstract

The Resolution adopts rules and forms for customs control of food/feed of non-animal origin. It consists of the following annexes: Rules for customs safety control of food/feed of non-animal origin (1); List of food/feed of non-animal origin (2); List of food/feed of non-animal origin carrying risk of contamination with aflatoxin (3); General entry document (4); Rules for filling out the general entry document (5); and Health certificate for the importation into Georgia (6).
