Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on rules for minimal standardized amount, locations and functioning of points/stations for monitoring of contamination levels of hazardous substances in atmospheric air, as well as list of standardized methods of contamination measurement methods. It consists of ten articles: Purpose of the technical regulation (1); Scope of the technical regulation (2); Terms (3); Criteria for assessing sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxides, solid particles, lead, benzene and carbon monoxide levels (4); General requirements for the layout and number of points for the observation of levels of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxides, solid particles, lead, benzene and carbon monoxide in the air (5); Macroscale layout of air observation points (6); Microscale layout of air observation points (7); Assessment of air quality against above-the-ground ozone (8); Number and locations of the monitoring points of above-the-ground ozone (9); and Atmospheric air quality assessment against arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel, benz(a)pyrene and other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (10).
