This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution approves the Regulation for the Regional Scheme of Territorial Planning for Fogo island (EROT de Fogo). The Regulation, consisting of 3 Sections and 2 Annexes, specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to: develop and consolidate urban and peri-urban infrastructures; valorize rural areas; improve the territorial mobility; promote the tourism sector; valorize natural heritage and classify the urban areas.
