It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Rules for issuing ticket for timber production (II); Issuing permit for capture of wildlife (except for migrating birds) subject to hunting (III); Rules for issuing ticket for forest products (IV); and Granting ownership of timber resources and right to use of forest fund through auction (V). The Resolution also adopts Annex 1 Fees established for the services associated with forest management in Adjara; and Annex 2 Initial bidding price at auction granting ownership of timber resources.
