Resolution No. 55/T of 2000 regulating the establishment of breeding and fattening farms for ostrich.

This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation will issue licences for the establishment of ostrich breeding and fattening farms (art. 1). Farms shall be destined for breeding ostrich, laying eggs, chickens and fattening poultry (art. 2). Officers of the Animal Production Department, Animal Veterinary Department and other competent offices are entitled to inspect farms according to the Animal Wealth Protection Law (art. 2).
