Abstract

This Resolution establishes the Municipal Development Fund, appoints its supervisory board and adopts its charter. The charter consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Objectives of the Fund (2); Functions and work areas of the Fund (3); Management of the Fund (4); Financial resources of the Fund (5); Financial management and audit of the Fund (6); Accounting measures (7); State control (8); Liquidation and reorganization of the Fund (9); and Amendments to the charter (10). The objectives of the Fund include supporting long-term and socio-economic development of municipalities; supporting the sustainable development of social and economic services of local communities; supporting investment in infrastructure projects of local (municipal), state and public importance; and improving the infrastructure of local (municipal), state and public importance.
