Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on procedure for placing on market of propagation (except for seeds) and planting materials for small-scale vegetable gardens and small-scale gardens. It consists of ten articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Requirements imposed on the materials (3); Business operator rights and duties (4); Authority of the Agency (5); Placing materials on the market (6); Requirements on the storage of materials (7); Requirements for importing materials (8); State control (9); and comparative tests and trials performed on material samples (10). The technical regulation also includes Annex No. 1 – List of materials according to its breeds and categories, and Annex No. 2 – List of harmful organisms to materials.
