Article 1 defines technical requirements for licensing the trade and sale of domesticated animals which are: submitting an application to the Department of Agricultural and Agrarian Reform-Animal Wealth Division-Animal Health Service provided with necessary documents and certificates; report of a competent technical committee for the compatibility of the place; keeping records of animals; control by Animal Health Offices; and, editing a veterinary report at the purchase or sale of animals. Article 2 deals with technical requirements and conditions for places of breeding and training of domesticated animals. Article 3 defines technical requirements and conditions for licensing the acquisition and breeding of domesticated animals.
