This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 4 articles, approves the Regional Scheme of Territorial Planning for Maio island (EROT-Maio). This Scheme is a strategical territorial development planning instrument at Regional level, laying down the requirements to be satisfied in order to: develop and consolidate urban and peri-urban infrastructures; valorise rural areas; improve the territorial mobility; promote the tourism sector; valorise natural heritage and classify urban areas.
