Chapter I gives terms and definitions. Chapter II decrees the establishment of the Plant Quarantine Committee and defines its competencies. Chapter III decrees the establishment of quarantine centres in all crossing points on the borders of the Republic of Yemen. Chapters IV to VI deal with the importation, exportation and transit of plant consignments. Chapter VII provides for the internal plant quarantine.
