Entry into force notes

Article 9 of the Resolution enters into force on 1 February 2018 while the rest of the Resolution enters into force on 1 July 2018.

Abstract

The Resolution imposes requirements on fruit juice and other similar products, and regulates its production and placing on market by a business operator. It consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Object of regulation (3); Definition of terms (4); Regulations for placing on market of fruit juice and other similar products (5); Requirements imposed on the object of regulation (6); Special requirements imposed on the object of regulation (7); Requirements imposed on the business operators (8); Issuing VI 1 form certificate (9); and Compliance control (10). The Resolution also regulates the requirements for labelling of fruit juice and other similar products.
