Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on sampling methods used while undertaking state control measures for determining maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin. It consists of six articles: Purpose and scope of applications (1); Principles (2); Definition of terms (3); Special requirements (4); Methods and procedures for sampling (5); and Criteria for conformity assessments (6).
