Abstract This Resolution is composed of 4 articles and the Regulation. This Resolution implements the Regulation for the examination and control of exported and imported commodities (art. 1). Resolutions concerning importers respecting the rules for the exterior examination of imported consignments of non-foodstuffs are in force (art. 2). Articles 73 and 89 of the Implementing Regulation of Law on Importation and Exportation issued by Resolution No. 275/1991 are now abrogated (art. 3). The Regulation is composed of the following Chapters: General provisions (I); Control of imported commodities (II); Control of exported commodities (III); Ccomplaints against final examinations (IV).
