Abstract This Resolution is composed of 13 articles. The production of original, registered and accredited seeds is to be authorized only by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 1). The applicant must be free from convictions and possess complete technical equipment; the director responsible is to be an agricultural engineer and shall respect the directives of the competent authorities (art. 3). The application must be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture-Central Administration of Seeds Affairs (art. 4). Conditions of the fields are: must be located in appropriate zones; must respect the technical conditions for field inspection; must have passage ways to be able to produce, prepare, load and store in conformity with the directives (art. 5). Factory requirements are to: be far from sources of contamination; be provided with alternative electric supply and pure water; have reserved space for sampling; have a room for the preparation of artificial habitats; have a hatching room; acclimatized rooms must be equipped with irrigation and control systems; permission to produce only one kind of seed per field (art. 6).
