This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 11 articles, creates a Work Group aimed at elaborating a strategy for coastal zone use planning and management. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned work group entitled to: analyse and manage the different authorized land uses; to propose the institutional model for policy on coordination and entities; to evaluate the concept of Coastal Zone, taking into account the variants not included in national legislation; to evaluate the degree of coordination between the various instruments of territorial management along the coast; to analyze the importance of the Coastal Zone as a tool for development of Sea Cluster; to submit proposals for legislative measures.
