In order to achieve the aforesaid objectives National Anti-Corruption Program shall implement the following measures: (a) corruption risk prevention by strengthening fair, accountable and transparent public service; (b) ensuring openness of public service; (c) improvement of legal regulation of procurement procedure and raising efficiency thereof; (d) improving anti-corruption cooperation between different law enforcement agencies; (e) public-private partnership in anti-corruption activities; and (f) public participation and public control over corruption prevention activities.
