Abstract This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Definition of pollutants: waters, liquid idustrial waste disposal, solid waste disposal, air poluttants and noise pollution (art. 2). General environmental requirements necessary for vegetabel and fruit conservation farms: water management, management of liquid industrial waste disposal, solid waste disposal management, air pollution management, noise pollution management and other general conditions (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment defines the final environmental requirements for the establishment or utilizzation of the abovementioned farms, as well as the right to impose new environmental requirments when is that necessary (art. 5).
