Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Definition of pollutants: waters, liquid industrial refuses, solid refuses, air pollutants and noise pollution (art. 2). General environmental requirements necessary for vegetable and fruit conservation farms: water management, management of liquid industrial refuses, solid refuses management, air pollution management, noise pollution management and other general conditions (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment defines the final environmental requirements for the establishment or utilization of the abovementioned farms, as well as the right to impose new environmental requirements when is that necessary (art. 5).
