Abstract

This Resolution provides for fees, their payment, and deadlines for the services provided by the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. More specifically, the regulation applies to services such as registration of ownership or other rights on immovable property, changing boundaries of the state forest fund, changing the category of land to or from the category of agricultural land, registration of the right to build, registration of mortgage rights, registration of ownership of land after righteous possession, registration of companies and other legal entities, and registration of food/feed processing business operators and their distributors. The Resolution also provides the deadlines for providing these services by the Agency, and determines the fees for expedited services, as well as establishes the parties which are exempted from paying these fees. Finally, the Resolution provides for cases when the fees will be refunded (7 articles).
