This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 compels industries producers of bottled natural water to apply and respect food safety systems HACCP in accordance with the International Codex Alimentarius. Article 2 gives the aforementioned industries 12 months to regulate their positions. Article 3 entrusts the general Egyptian Authority for Standardization and High Quality to provide technical advices and consultations to these industries upon request.
