This Resolution enters into force the day after of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to prevent environmental pollution. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 2 Tables. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Management with the explanation and interpretation of provisions of this Resolution. Articles 3 and 4 define the zones in which it is permitted to practice the activities listed in Tables I and II. Articles 5-7 provide for requirements and conditions for practicing the aforementioned activities. Article 8 contains offences and penalties.
