Abstract This Resolution consists of 6 Chapters divided into 42 articles. Chapter 1 gives definitions and terms. Chapter 2 deals with the following matters: (a) gathering of solid waste; (b) preparing of sacs and packages by the Municipality; (c) requirements for dumps; (d) recycling and treatment of solid waste; (e) prohibition to use waste for feeding animals; and, (f) requirements for animal and poultry breeding. Chapter 3 provides for liquid waste disposal (dumps, transportation, gathering, sewerage). Chapter 4 regulates open lands and ruins. Chapter 5 deals with public roads works, licences, protection of water installations and electricity. Chapter 6 contains final provisions, offences and penalties.
