Abstract

This Resolution approves the charter on granting the status of a forest and determining and correcting/changing forest borders. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Granting the status of a forest (II); Suspending and restoring the status of a forest (III); Determining the borders of a forest (IV); Correcting/Changing forest borders (V); and Transitional provisions (VI).
