Abstract According to Decree No. 5039 (regulation on the commerce of agricultural medicines), and to Resolutions Nos. 254/1 of 30/5/1997 (subjecting the importation of agricultural medicines to a previous authorization), 181/1 of 3/11/1995 (establishing executive apparatus for the control on the agricultural medicines), 94/1 of 20/5/1998 and 262/1 of 26/9/2001 (forbidden to import some agricultural medicines), this Resolution decrees the establishment of permanent committees for the control on the importation of agricultural medicines in the border passages. The competence of the aforementioned Committees is to control and inspect on the agricultural medicines as well as to analyse them to be sure that are compatible with the technical requirements. The Officers of Quarantine shall inform these Committees about the date of arrive. Full text Arabic
