Abstract The Resolution regulates nutrition at pre-school educational facilities. It consists of 19 articles: Scope of application (1); General requirements imposed on nutrition (2); Main principles of healthy nutrition (3); Healthy nutrition pyramid, portions and amount (4); Breakfast (5); Lunch (6); Snacking (7); Drinks (8); Caffeine (9); Menu (10); Risks associated with nutrition (11); Food supplements (12); Prepared meals (13); Dining areas at pre-school educational facilities (14); Requirements imposed on transportation of food (15); Food for children with allergies (16); Requirements imposed on kitchen, storage of food and preparing meals (17); Personal hygiene of kitchen staff (18); and Administration of the sanitary rules (19).
