It is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 deals with requirements and rules for the estimation of the leasing value of agricultural mud which are: estimation of the annual rent of agricultural lands; kind of soil; fertility level; irrigation methods; distances between lands and houses; kind of crops; Fadden rent average and the like.
