Abstract This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 2 establishes the requirements to obtain a licence for the importation of milk (liquid or in powder) destined to infant nutrition. The requirements are: (a) milk shall be stored in suitable packages for its conservation, good quality and safety; (b) the name and address of the producer and the name of the distributor or importer shall be written on the package; (c) the expiry date shall be written clearly on the package; and, (d) instructions for the use, preparation and conservation shall be written on the package. The Medicine Importation and Exportation Department will have the competence to control and inspect all invoices of imported milk packages (art. 3).
