Abstract This Resolution establishes a post-emergence window for responses to shocks, within the current "Vulnerable Families Programme" called "Post-Emergency Vulnerable Families Programme" (PFV-PE). The PFV-PE consists of punctual social transfers, with a fixed duration, aimed at mitigating the negative impacts generated by natural shocks or emergency situations. The objectives of the PFV-PE are also: a) Ensure the stabilization of food consumption by families directly or indirectly affected by shocks/crises; b) Protect previous investments in human capital and allow for rapid restitution of productive assets lost by individuals or households. The beneficiaries of the PFV-PE are people or households in poverty and social vulnerability that suffer natural shocks or are in emergency situations. The value of the monetary transfer varies between USD 32 and USD 45 per month, allocated according to the magnitude of the shocks. Full text Portuguese Website www.legis-palop.org
