Article 1 considers all final and accredited procedures aiming at the reform, reclamation and reduction of negative reflection, effects and repercussion resulting from the exploitation of old or actual stone queries on the environment or on natural resources, as rehabilitation, arrangement and settlement operations of stone queries. Articles 2 to 10 deal with the following matters: applications and necessary documents for qualification, arrangement and settling of stone queries; approval of applications by the Ministry of Environment-National Council of Stone Queries; issuance of licences by Prefects; submitting periodic reports concerning qualification and arrangement operations by owners of the aforementioned activities; and, definition of exploitation fees and bank guarantees. List I contains documents and certificates requested by the Ministry of Environment for the qualification, arrangement and settling of stone queries.
