It consists of 21 articles: General provisions (1); Purposes and scope of application (2); Definition of terms (3); Obligations of business operators (4); Authority of National Food Agency (5); Granting the labeling rights (6); Deliberation of application for receiving the labeling rights (7); Requirements imposed on enterprise (8); Requirements imposed on drying cameras (9); Requirements imposed on temperature measuring sensors (10); Requirements imposed on packaging wooden materials (11); Thermal steam treatment of wooden materials using drying camera oven (12); Thermal treatment of wooden materials with dielectric heating (13); Treatment of wooden materials with bromomethane (14); Marking wooden packaging materials (15); Repaired wooden packaging materials (16); Re-usage of wooden packaging materials (17); Suspension of the labeling rights (18); Revocation of the labeling rights (19); State control (20); and Non-compliant wooden packaging materials (21). The Resolution is drafted based on International Standards for Phyto-sanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) and International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). Its main goals include supporting international trade by ensuring phyto-sanitary safety and ensuring traceability by registering business operators associated with wooden packaging materials. The wooden packaging marked according to these rules do not require phyto-sanitary certificate.
