Abstract

The Government, for the purpose of the prevention of degradation of coniferous and haloxylon plantations, and also for the purpose of strengthening protection of forests against illegal cutting, decrees to prohibit main use felling of coniferous and haloxylon plants in state forest areas for the period of 10 years.
