Abstract

This Resolution establishes that subsidies will be allocated to cover part of the costs of drilling vertical irrigation wells, purchasing and installing means of water extraction from rivers, canals and other waterbodies to irrigate people's homesteads and land unused for agriculture in areas with heavy water supply under the following conditions: (a) 50% of the costs related to putting each hectare of unused agricultural land into use, but in an amount not exceeding 50 times the amount of the base calculation; (b) 100,000 soums for each meter of well depth, but not more than 50 times the base calculation amount, to cover the costs of drilling and commissioning each vertical irrigation well with a depth of more than 10 meters for irrigating the household land; and (c) 70 percent of the costs related to drilling and commissioning of vertical irrigation wells for irrigating homesteads of at least 30 inhabitants, but not exceeding 120 million soums, will be covered.
