Abstract

This Resolution sets forth Licensing Terms that establish an exhaustive list of documents to be attached to the application for obtaining a license to carry out economic activities for the manufacturing of particularly hazardous chemical substances, the list of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and also determine an exhaustive list of organizational, personnel, technological requirements that must be fulfilled during the implementation of the specified activity. The effect of these Licensing Terms applies to all economic entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership, which in full or in part conduct or intend to conduct economic activities for the manufacturing of particularly hazardous chemical substances, the list of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The licensee must have a full-time number of specialists (executors depending on the types of work and the level of provision of the material and technical base) of the appropriate level of training and educational and qualification level. The person who is responsible at the production of the economic entity for the compliance of its units with the requirements of environmental legislation must have a higher education in the relevant field of training (master's degree, specialist).
